What Causes Abdominal Bloating And Orange Colored Stool?

GI problems. bloating, yellow-orange stool. Thin soft stools. Don t know what to eat to figure out what is causing this. Have had for 9 months. Periodic bouts of just foam - no stool. Seemed to be caused by alcohol and refined sugar. But now when I m stopping those, not getting normal stools like I did before. Had pretty bad diarrhea Saturday. Now Tuesday and I ve felt bloated since then. mild cramping in pelvis today.
