On Monday I noticed that my stomach was bloated and that I was having a lot of gas. Late yesterday evening I started having severe pains in my stomach right around the navel area, the bloating continued as well as did the gas that seemed to increase the later it got. Throught out the night there were sharp pain and it only seems to be getting worse as the day drags on. I cant stand fully because of the stomach pain. Coughing is painful, im scared to eat because everything including water going down hurts and when I have to urinate my stomach will have the sharp pains and once i use the bathroom the pains seem to lighten up for a second and begin again. please advise me one what to do.
