What Causes Abdominal Bloating And Pain In The Upper Abdomen?
The other day i felt like i had a gas pain in my upper stomach then got a heat wave on my face the my thought started to close and i had a hard time breathing but before my allergy pill didn t have time to kick in then everything went back to normal. The last time this happened it lasted longer and brought me to my knees because I couldn t breathe. Any ideas what this could be?

It is a severe acid reflux.
You can take antacids like Pantoprazole or Omeprazole for symptomatic relief.
If symptoms persist better to consult a gastroenterologist and get evaluated.
