What Causes Abdominal Bloating And Pain With Nausea?

I am 22 year old female I got sick last night after eating dinner and having one beer. My stomach was bloated so bad and I couldn t sleep it was hurting terrible. I threw up and felt better today my abdomen hurts lie above belly button and to the left of my belly button

Hi, I think it can be due to gastritis but better to do a ultrasound to rule out any gall bladder pathology. Take some antacids like pantoprazole empty stomach to get rid from gastritis. Get yourself evaluated by a surgeon to rule out any other pathology. Hope it helps.
