• You should consult your gastroenterologist for complete clinical and laboratory assessment, besides, you need to strictly do the following:
1- Your doctor will perform few tests such as stool analysis for H-pylori infection.
2- You should avoid eating fatty and large meals, besides this try to divide your meals into smaller ones.
3- Eat well-balanced and healthy diet.
4- Your doctor will prescribe antispasmodic for abdominal cramps and proton pump inhibitors.
5- Drugs such as Eucarbon, which contains natural ingredients to regulate the digestive tract and prevent flatulence.
6- Triple therapy in case of Helicobacter pylori infection.
I hope I have answered your query. Let me know if you have any further questions.
Take care.
