What Causes Abdominal Bloating And Pressure In The Lower Abdomen?
I have flu like symptoms. I went to my primary dr, he did blood test for kidney (stones) problems. I have bloating, and pressure in lower abdomen that comes and goes. tired all the time. low grade fever periodically. My stomach growls like it s hungry. the dr gave me an Rx antacid.

If there was fever, then gastritis should be suspect and the triple therapy to treat gastritis should be initiated. Just antacids will not do, but an investigation called an endoscopy would be the best judge to find the cause and accurately direct treatment, if possible consult a gastroenterologist or another physician.
