What Causes Abdominal Bloating And Severe Itching?

Blood tests reveal high creatinine ratio, low iron saturation and low ferritin, serum. I am exhausted always struggling to be as active as I like. I am taking many supplements, including iron twice daily with vitamin C. I always feel bloated - I ve never had a big stomach but I look pregnant and feel like I am retaining fluid all over my body. I also feel itchy and can t seem to lose weight. I also have felt extremely out of breath lately and my chest feels tight. I am very active. I am a marathon runner and my pace has slowed and the long training runs are a struggle for me. Any ideas of what I am dealing with?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

These seem to be very serious health problems and you need to go to the hospital and do some routine blood and urinary tests, an ECG, a chest x-ray, a complete examination for your gastrointestinal tract including an abdominal Sonography.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Anila Skenderi, General & Family Physician
