What Causes Abdominal Cramps Along With Vaginal Bleeding After Having Nuristerate Shot?

Hy Doctor I ve recently had ma nuristerate shot about 3 weeks back but now am having cramps on my right side of the abdomen and am bleeding ,before I took the shot I suspected that am pregnant but did necessary tests but it was negative . What could be the problem

I really appreciate your concern, such abdomen cramp could be nonspecific and not the pregnancy, if did the home base pregnancy test then this could be false negative so best confirmation better to get done the ultrasonography test, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
