What Causes Abdominal Cramps And Back Pain While On Birth Control Pills?

I m a week exactly late on my period . I ve been on birth control for a few years now (the pill) I have skipped a few pills since my last recent period which was Sept 13th . I have had intercourse several times in that time frame especially during ovulation time. Yes I m aware that s taking a chance on getting pregnant . Which I wouldn t be upset if I am . But started 4 days ago I ve been cramping here like im going to start but i dont and I ll get really weird lower back pains and lower stomach pains . They come at weird times and then it ll stop . I ve had constant migraines all week and have been going to the restroom a little bit more but I ve also felt very dehydrated so I ve been drinking alot more . I took 2 pregnancy test 2 days ago . One at night one first thing in the morning both saying negative . Not sure what else to do .. and not sure if I could still be pregnant ?

Hi,

Home pregnancy test gets reliably positive after one 8-10 day delay in the expected date of menstruation. You seem to have done it earlier. Please repeated it at the proper time. Evening it turns +ve, in case you had taken the pills irregularly in the month. You need to terminate the pregnancy, for oral contraceptives taken during conception are printed to cause fetal abnormality.
