What Causes Abdominal Cramps And Heavy Vaginal Bleeding?
I haven t had a period since the 23 of March. I always got cramps every month, but no bleeding. A couple of days ago I got my period it started off little and dark brown, then gradually lighten up. Now it s as red as ever with huge blood clots and runs down my leg. I bleed through everything. I have no energy and a huge headache that hasn t gone away. I have been breastfeeding my daughter for a little over 2.5 years and have never taken any birth control of any kind. My stomach hurts so bad.

hi, Thanks for the query. I understand your concern. - During breast feeding the menses tend to be absent or irregular...bleeding can be absent, scanty or profuse.weakness, head ache could follow excessive physical stress. - Hurting stomach suggests possibility of conception while breast feeding absence of periods ( due to possible eventual ovulation ).. followed by miscarriage. * You need internal examination & needful USG to find exact cause followed by specific management ( by medicines/ miner surgery) Till then you should take rest/ eat nutritious food/CVP gynae capsules 2 three times a day after food over the counter can relieve bleeding to some extent. Thanks .
