What Causes Abdominal Cramps And Light Brown Vaginal Discharge After Having Safe Sex?

hi I m 18 years old, been on birth control for about a year now, I take the pills and my type is tri cyclen. and sometimes when I really don t wanna get my period I will start a new pack the week you are supposed to get your period and take the inactive pills. One time I didn t get my period for 3 months because I kept taking a new pack and then I got it. Recently I didn t get my period for two months and now I m on the inactive pills and it s been 4 days and I haven t gotten it yet. I usually get it the 2nd day. Plus I have a boyfriend and we are sexually active, we use a condom and pull out but about 2 weeks ago we didn t but he still pulled out. I ve had cramps and a little tiny bit of light brown discharge.. I m worried I could be pregnant. Any ideas of what s going on?

Don't worry much. Stay calm.
you are using contraceptive pills so there are very less chances of getting pregnant but there is always chance of failure if you have not maintained regularity. and periods can be delayed due to many other reasons like hormonal imbalance, stress , etc.
you are on verge of getting periods because you are having cramps and light brown discharge. it is withdrawal bleeding.
