What Causes Abdominal Cramps, Lower Backache And Low Grade Fever?
Hi I started with low abdominal cramps and low back pain yesterday evening ( I usually have mild low back pain and I deal with it without any prescription). I started a low grade fever today with body ache. Am I right to assume it is a stomach flu probably?( I m a 53 years old female and I have had a complete hysterectomy a few years ago.)

Most probably you have urinary tract infection. With all these symptoms, you should do blood investigations and urine report.
As female having short urethra there is an increased risk of Urinary tract infection.
