What Causes Abdominal Cramps While On AsaCol And Uceris For Colitis?

My 32-year-old daughter, who has Down Syndrome, has inflammatory bowel disease (colitis) and is having a severe bout at this time. She is having increased diarrhea, stomach pain, bowel cramps, decreased appetite. She is on AsaCol and Uceris for the IBD. Her doctor put her on iron tablets because she is anemic, but the iron is making her stomach hurt/cramp. Any suggestions on how to prevent the stomach pain?

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, if this is bowel inflammatory disease and dawn syndrome these are different from each other, more or less it is the functional condition, in my opinion this can be treated with "Tab Clinidium with Chlordiazepoxide" three times in day, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
