What Causes Abdominal Cramps While On Birth Control Pill?
I have been having abnormal cramps for a few months and then I just starting spotting today. But I haven t been able to take my birth control pill for a couple of days so it may be due to that. Do you think it is due to the bc pills or something a little more serious?

Cannot say in your particular case, but generally, birth control pill side effects are associated with changes in the menstrual cycle. so if someone had a change in the period and this went with menstrual cramping, that would fit together.
