What Causes Abdominal Pain After Urination And Right-sided Abdominal Pain Upon Pressure?
I held on to urine for over an hour,but after passing the urine, i started to feel dull aches in my lower abdomen ,since yesterday, however i feel better now,less uncomfortable than i was yesterday,i feel pains in the right lower abdomen after applying pressure. I am male. thank you

You hold the urine and started feeling pain , this may be due to some pressure on the urinary bladder .
As you mentioned that now , there is much relief and pain is decreasing .
Dartos muscle of bladder start paining ,if some pressure is there. In my opinion at present there is no need of any tension . But just for precaution get in urine complete examination .
If such pain recurs get in ultrasound of both kidneys.
