What Causes Abdominal Pain Along With Frequent Urination And Rectal Pain?

I have abdominal pain, along with frequent urination and rectal pain. I am not constipated, nor do I have diarrhea. I haven t been able to sleep, and made 4 trips to the bathroom last night. Please tell me what might be wrong. This has lasted a couple of days, and it was very uncomfortable at work. Thank you very much!

Urinary tract infection might be cause,go for plenty of fluids with citrus fruits,get urine r/e and c/s examination done along with ultrasound abdomen empty stomach full bladder.you may require antibiotics and alkalisers after reports.Be active and ensure healthy lifestyle
