General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi,

All these symptoms indicate a possibility of some general disease like typhoid or so.
Hence I would advise her the following"
Consult your Doctor for clinical evaluation, examination and relevant needed investigations:
Tests of blood for CBC, typhoid and whichever is felt by your Doctor.
Tests of stool and urine.
Any other tests as would be advised.
Prescription based treatment with antibiotics, symptomatic and supportive management as needed.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. T Chandrakant, ENT & General Surgeon
