What Causes Abdominal Pain And Burning Sensation On The Back?

Hi, for the past few days I have been having stomach pain in the middle of the night and today I started feeling burning and pain on the right side of my lower back. The feeling make me feel like I need to poop but I can t poop and causing pain in my right abdominal. I have a colon infection two years ago and not sure if this is a sign of a colon infection starting again. Another symptom I had last night when I was trying to poop last night while I was pushing I started to spot again but I period ended last week. I m not sure if this is normal. Please advise. Thank you!

Pain in right side lower back can be due to a number of reasons. It can be colon infection/ appendicitis but it seems likely that you are having an ovulation pain with spotting. Relax and consult your physician/ gynecologist if pain persists. You may need ultrasonography and a few blood tests.
