Last week I slipped on some black ice and landed on my back at around 7pm. It hurt a little, but no big deal. At about midnight that same nigh, I woke to severe pains in my abdomen, just below my rib cage. It felt like gas pains, which I rarely have, so I tried a chewable simethicone. After a few minutes, the pain subsided and I could feel the gas moving around. Since that night, I've had several instances when I feel the pain coming on and I take the simethicone and it helps. I'm just wondering if I may have screwed something up inside or is it possible that I just pulled some abdominal muscles and am just more sensitive to the gas pains. Thanks in advance!!
