General & Family Physician 's  Response
Thank you for your query.

I'm sorry that you are going through this. There should be something we can do to help.

Based on your symptoms, I would like to to a detailed medical history :
-Your age, previous medical conditions, all symptoms & signs with onset, duration, frequency, aggravating/relieving factors.
-family medical history
- what blood investigations were done with their results, any imaging procedures (xray, ultrasound, CT scan) with reports.
-your personal habits :diet, bowel movements

I would like to primarily rule out Zoloft as the cause for your abdominal pain & feeling of frustration.
If the symptoms started (other than depression) before taking meds I would do the following

Although depression & anxiety are psychological symptoms, systemic problem can manifest as anxiety or depression.

I would do a basic :
:cardiac (Electro & echocardiogram),
: respiratory (chest Xray),
:gastrointestinal (ultrasound abdomen, stool routine),
:urinary (urine routine),
:blood (complete blood count, Esr, peripheral smear, clotting profile, urea, creatinine, lipid profile, liver function tests) - rule out sickle cell disease, for instance.
:neuromusculoskeletal exam (physical exam)
:ENT(ear/nose /throat) exam (rule out ear infection/pathology)

Based on this and your clinical exam findings, I may decide to additionally do a colonoscopy, endoscopy.
This list may seem extensive but it is necessary to figure out what is going on & treat accordingly.
Your symptoms could be all be linked (side effects of medicines) or may represent different problems

I urge you to see a doctor and do not stop/alter/add medication regimen by yourself.
Express your concern that it should be drug related and ask for safe alternatives.
Hope this helps.
