What Causes Abdominal Pain, Frequent Urination And Nausea?
I ve been having abdominal pain, frequency of urination, nausea and feeling really cold. Having had AML, I am worried about the nausea. My last Labs in September were good. Could I have an ulcer, a hernia? I won s have a suggested CAT scan due to the radiation. What else can be done?
It is possible that you have an infection, possibly of the urinary tract since you have frequency of urination. The feeling cold (chills) , may indicate that there is a fever brewing.
Analysis of the urine at your doctor's office can determine if this is the case. Your doctor may also want a blood test. If the examination and tests confirm an infection then antibiotics would be needed.
If imaging is needed and you want to avoid radiation, MRI or ultrasound can be used.
I hope this helps
