What Causes Abdominal Pain, Persistent Diarrhea, Vomiting And Nasal Bleeding?

Male, 62 y/o, Type 2 Diabetes, AIC close to 9, not hypertensive, still has appendix, history of kidney stones Has has persisten diarrhea for 7 days after encounter with elementary school student vomit, nosebleed and poor hygiene, Persistent ongoing pain in the mid right side. I am insisting on a visit to the ER for possible gall stones but also has on/off pain in the same area on the left side. Has not visited general practitioner for possible stomach flue/virus - has been on bland diet for 4-5 days Has had infrequent A-Fib episodes (2 in the last 3.5 years) What is your advice.... YYYY@YYYY
