What Causes Abdominal Pain Radiating To Lower Back Along With Nausea?

Pelvic and abdominal pain radiating to lower back pulling, slight nausea, heaviness pressure hard to walk, feels like a mixture between the gas pressure causing cramping after abdominal surgery and a uti, tested negative for uti - bowels are inconsistent in color texture last one looked hard but porous with white speckles two tone color, brown and caramel swirl (sorry for the visual on this) then topped with coconut sprinkles if you know what I mean - pain was farther up in the gi tract and is now moving from back to bladder area covering 2-3 inches from belly button and the the strange stools started when the pain moved prior to that normal, I ve had history of endometriosis and endometrial complex ovarian cysts lots of scar tissue in pelvic area 49 years no uterus or cervix following up with urgent appt to ob/gyn who s been following me with yearly pelvic exams, ultrasounds and ca125 blood tests, could be 100 different things going on - wondering about this moving pain and inconsistencies with color texture of stool

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello and thanks for posting. Sorry to hear about your condition.
I would recommend a good exam by your general physician as well as a gastroenterology evaluation with possible CT scans and +/- colonoscopy
If your labs look normal and the GI evaluation comes back normal and your pain persists, then I would recommend you see a general surgeon due to your history of multiple abdominal surgeries as people are prone to develop adhesions (scar tissue) that can at times cause obstruction (partially versus complete). As you stated there are many reasons for your discomfort, but it has to be approached logically. best of luck
