What Causes Abdominal Pain Under Belly Button On Sleeping Late?
I am a 19 year old female, very active, and haven t run into any serious health issues all my life. I ve noticed for the past 2 years that when I don t set an alarm (which is rarely), I tend to sleep in pretty late and I get serious abdominal pain in my lower stomach right under my belly button. Could this be anything serious?
When you sleep for long time improper sleep posture can lead pain by strain of muscle... Take rest.... Avoid bad sleep posture... If pain more hot pad can be applied.... Heavy strenous work kept limited... Omeprazole taken for 2 week...
Kiwi , blueberry and avocados like good fruits can be taken more... More water . Excess spicy food and smoking avoided.
If still problem continue USG done and consult gastroentetologist..
Take care.
