What Causes Abdominal Pain With Nausea During Pregnancy?

imsupposedly 8 weeks pregnant and having sporadic mild right abdominal pains and I ve had one mild pain in my right shoulder but went away the same day and hasn t been back. I have nausea and my lower back cramps should I be worried about eptopic pregnancy or is this normal? I have no bleeding.

Nasea, abdominal pains are common in pregnancy, becauses of hormonal changes, progesterone hormone cause relaxation of gastroesophageal junction , which leads to indigestion and acidity. which causes abdominal pain. It also causes relaxation of joints which causes backpain. so don,t worry, these are common symptoms of normal pregnancy also.
