What Causes Abdominal Pain With Spotting And Dizziness?
I am having lower abdominal pain, no period in 2 months, pink stain on tissue, but no menstrual flow, some light headiness and dizziness. Pain subside when laying down with feet in air. I am 51 years old and had a tubal ligation 30 years old. I am going thur menopause.
