What Causes Abdominal Pain,rebound Tenderness And Constipation?
i am having severe right side abdominal pain. i have rebound tenderness and when i walk or cough it hurts worse. i also have had neausa and constippation and now severe gas. the pain is shooting doown my right leg and arund to my back i have gone to two er and they cant seem to find anything but my pcp said it is appendicitis

You definitely need a ct scan of the abdomen with contrast, since I would consider this appendicitis until proved otherwise.
This could also be right-sided diverticulitis or mesenteric adenitis, both of which would be seen with the ct scan.
