What Causes Abdominal Swelling And Pain After Taking Losartan?

Hi, I am a 49 year old caucassian female. I've been taking losartan potassium 50 mg daily since 1/7/12 for high blood pressor. I have been experiencing abdominal swelling and pain which appears to be getting worse.
I believe the medication is directly related to my symptoms. I am wondering if I should discontinue this medication ASAP. Thanks, JC
