What Causes Abnormal Periods,swollen Breasts And Pressure In Lower Abdomen?

I am having an abnormal menstrual flow, its very light for me and I had a tubal ligation almost 8 years ago. I have the following symptoms since mid november 2010, persistent nausea with hunger, tender, leaking, swollen breasts, and I feel slight pressure in my lower abdomen and sometimes get sharp pains with it. Could I really be pregnant?
