What Causes Abnormal Rise In Blood Pressure Despite Taking Medications?

My husbands blood pressure is 178/124 and pulse 111. He has had 2 bp pills today-a double of normal dosage. 100mg each. Also taken asprin and been asleep for about an hour in left side. Arms felt like they were going to sleep and he has shortness of breath.

and consult to cardiologists
and diagnosed to causes of uncontrol hypertension.
