What Causes Absence Of Menstruation With Spotting?

Hi..my periods are irregular and i have been on clomid now for 6mths..very frust coz nothing is up till date..and at this point of time i have missed to period cycles..and i dont think im preggy..after so many dissapointments..however, when i urinate tis morning i had slight bleeding..any reason why?

Thanks for posting to HCM.
I understand your concern.
First thing to be ruled out for missed periods in sexually active person when on ovulation induction drug like clomid is 'pregnancy'. The bleeding what you have experienced could have been related to your pregnancy too. Hence, kindly get the following investigations done.
1. Urine Pregnancy test (UPT) with pregnancy kit.
2. Blood for beta-HCG levels.
3. Trans-vaginal ultrasound scan (TVS) of pelvis.
Kindly consult Gynecologist with the above investigative report for proper advise and management.
