What Causes Absence Of Vaginal Blood Clots Post Termination Of Pregnancy?

Hi dr.Mia...good afternoon My query is regarding my abortion process.I take mifeproctol on 26th of nov. and had two misoprostol oraly nd two insterted on 28th and I m going through heavy bleeding which is more tahn normal but I m not finding any severe blood clots. I am worried about status of my medication process. No clotting does that mean a failure? I mean are the pills working ? You can provide me your suggestion

I really appreciate your concern, as long as the abortion is concern surgical intervention is the way for that else medicine is not safe at all, bleeding per vagina is not the sign of abortion but it may be incomplete abortion, now better to get done ultrasonography, take care and be careful hope this information helps.
