Hello... I have suffered from a past of bullimia and anorexia and have some concerning issues tonight. I feel like I am going to have a fit and that I am not quite there . (Am currently recovering) i have pain when I eat and often have liquid still in my esophagus. I just experienced a 10minute moment where my food tasted like vinegar (but it was just my saliva. Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

You are having GERD (Gastroesophageal reflux disease) and treat urself symptomatically. Use Rabeprazole and Levosulphide drugs with an empty stomach, have Sucral sulfate suspension after meals with some gaps.

Take no spicy, non-veg food, and tamarind. Drink 3 to 4 liters of water in intervals, and have plenty of sleep. A headache will decrease as stomach gets normal. HB around 6, you need to take 2 packs of blood and later on have a healthy diet will get you normal.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Chaitanya Varma
