What Causes Acid Reflux And Body Tremors?

Experiencing heart burn and shakiness. Symptom came one after eating dinner. No shortness of breath just the burning in center of chest plus between the shoulder blades Had a recent stress test all was ok. Should I tattle some antacids wait see if it goes away. Had been diagnosed with reflux a number of years ago.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

I would like to tell you that you are having Gastroesophageal reflux. Since you have already been diagnosed with it before it seems to be the most likely reason.

I would advise you to take an antacid like tablet Ranitidine. Take syrup Sucralfate after meals. Avoid eating oily and spicy food. Avoid eating anything two hours before going to sleep. Raise the head end of your bed while sleeping with two pillows. If the symptoms persist you may need to get an endoscopy done. Consult a gastroenterologist for the same.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Nazma.amman
