What Causes Acid Reflux And Vomiting While On Metformin Hydrochloride And Dynaglipt?

Hi there, my father is a diabetic patient type 2. He is currently on following medications: Geminor M4 Forte Metformin hydrochloride SR Glemipride Dynaglipt (teneligliptin) He has severe gastric irrtation at times. He has acidity followed by vomitting at times. Yesterday he noticed white capsule like thing in vomitus.....what it can be? And y is he having such gastric problems.? Also he is hyperglycemic even after taking these meds....recently he was started on insulin but still his GRBS pc used to be high like 300 to 400........so he stopped.....n came back to meds and even now GRBS pc is 200-300-400 Can u make out what is the cause...?

yeah in this case diabetes is not in control,some time in type 2 diabetes later stage it convert to type 1 also so in such case insulin required according to body wieght and glucose level,
as uncontrolled diabetes is a major killer and its effect on all organs of the body so best to consult your doctor and start insulin along with metformin alone insilin some time not effective so metformin is a good combination.
learn proper procedure for S/C insulin injection wrongly injected not effective to control.
diet should be evaluated according diabetic diet chart.exercise to reduce truncal obesity and proper sugar level check up and follow up with your doabetalogist.
