What Causes Acid Reflux, Burning Sensation In Throat And Cough With Blood?

I don t go to the doctor very often. Last week I had extreme Acid Reflux. My throat was burning and nothing helped. I went to the doctor, no fever, and he gave me medication for Acid Reflux. I told him that I had coughed up blood the day before, only in the morning. I thought this was caused by the acid reflux. He did chest xray just to be sure I didn t have something else going on. Xray okay. The next day, I coughed up what looked like a white bean sprout. I also have noticed them in my bowel movements. Anywhere from an inch to 12 inches long. I went back to the doctor and told him I thought I had some kind of worm. He said very unlikely. This is the 2nd doctor I have told this to. Noone believes me. Can worms cause acid reflux and your throat to bleed. when they did blood test they said my red count was low, but didn t say anything else.
