Hello how are you?
I have read your query and it shows you may be suffering from Obstructive sleep apnea. specific airway pressure changes produced during sleep apnea can trigger acid reflux from your stomach. However, acid reflux itself can be the cause of development of sleep apnea leading to shortness of breath in many cases.
You need to consult your medical specialist at the earliest to avoid complications such as inflammed esophagus and even, bleeding and ulcers.
