General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Since you are getting acne at the incision sites, maintain hygiene & wear cotton clothes. You are suggested to visit ER, get the incision clinically examined. It could be due to infection. You need to get it cleaned & dressed. Avoid touching the area affected with your fingers, this may spread the infection further. Do not scratch. You can apply ointment Bacitracin or Neospirin in the area affected.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
