General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

I think you can safely give him calpol which is paracetamol and also can give him colinox which is simethicone.
I can't recommend you to give him other drugs since he is too young for this drugs and a neonatologist pediatrician can only give them to him.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Olgeta Xhufka, General & Family Physician
