What Causes An Acne In The Underarm After Taking A Methamphetamine Shot?

my fiancee has been shooting meth a while. sometimes clear liquid comes out of his skin. and also he has to cough in order for his shot to be good. What are these issues? also last week a pimple in his underarm appeared -then it pooped out of no where and clear liquid came out. What is this ????
