What Causes An Altered Sense Of Smell Along With Tinnitus?
What is this burnt wire smell I get when I lay down or tilt my head down? Closest thing i can think of it smelling like is when you get hit in the nose or the smell of cat litter dust after you pour it..Some other weird neurological problems I m having are -Loud ringing in ears(tinnitus) -Prickly, burning,tingly in neck face arms and legs. (parestisia) -Constant neck and thoratic pain. 32 male non smoking/caffeine/drug/alcohol

Hello! the altered smell could be due to Atrophic Rhinitis. do you have any history of chronic rhinitis/nasal congestion or discharge? nasal crusting?
the tinnitus and the pain have a neurological cause. You must consult a neurologist and an ENT specialist. I'm sorry I'm a general physician so can't make a definite diagnosis.
In the mean while, you could start with Tab. Mecobalamin + Pregablin once daily for 10 days.
This shall bring some relief.
Are you a diabetic ? or Hypertensive?
