What Causes Anterior Fascicular Block And Heart Palpitations?

I had an ECK that shows left anterior fascicular block. I have pain and heart palpitations. I contributed some of the pain to Fibromyalgia. I do not take any medications. I am scheduled for a stress echo test. I am tempted to cancel it since the doctor said he didn't expect to find anything abnormal from it. What is your opinion?

HI welcome to HCM.
Left anterior fascicular block is unrelated to underlying fibromyalgia.Ischemic heart disease is related in most cases for the development of conduction blocks. This can lead to heart rhythm disturbances in the form of irregular heart beat and palpitations.I recommend you to have a 24hr Holter EKG monitoring for exact quantificaton of rhythm pattern of heart and its disturbances.Stress Echo can help to rule out organic or valvular heart lesions.Drugs like beta blockers can control the palpitations.Radiofrequency ablation can offer permanent cure .Consult a cardiologist for further queries.
Thank you
