What Causes Anxiety And Depression Inspite Of Taking Venlafaxine And Clonazepam?

Thank you for taking my question.I have been getting 500mg. of Faslodex since Last October. I have always had anxiety/depression, but it seems to be worse now. My F.M.D. has me on Venlafaxine 125 mg. and also Clonazapam .5 mg. 1/2 pill in the am and 1/2 pill at bedtime. They don t seem to be helping with the anxiety/depression. Is this normal or am I just overacting? YYYY@YYYY

The dose of tabvenalfaxine should be increased to225mg anddose of clonazepam to should increased we can increase it up to16mg not showing improving we should incease the dose then we can think to change antidepressant
