What Causes Anxiety And Left Sided Chest Pain?

Been struggling anxiety for so long now. I have this constant worry that i have heart problem because of chest pains i felt on my left side and sometimes achy armpit and tension of muscles on my hands and feet. I feel anxious because sometimes my blood pressure would get high on 140/90. Any help. Please. Thanks.

These rae typical symptoms of anxiety and it is common to have little raised blood pressure when you are anxious. It is nothing pathological.

Now, when you get chest pains next time, get an ECG done once to rule out heart problem. It will mostly show no abnormality and that can ease your symptoms.
