General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

I believe that the fullness you refer may be something congenital, from birth. You should do further examinations such as a total blood count and a urine analysis and uroculture.

There is a possibility of him suffering from iron deficiency anemia and also a possibility that he is not completely cured from the urinary track infection. Do the examinations and take proper treatment.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
