What Causes Appetite Loss And Weakness In The Legs While On A Pacemaker?
My husband has a pacemaker. The battery is drawing excessive power and is expected to lose power soon. It will not be replaced. Will it run out gradually? Or will it stop functioning all at once. How will I know when it has stopped working? He has atrial fib, congestive heart failure and dementia. I notice he is losing his appetite, his legs are weak, and he sometimes wheezes. (He s in a nursing home).
