What Causes Arm And Leg Pain With Dizziness And Lower Abdominal Pain?
I ve been feeling generally unwell with random symptoms of dizziness arm/leg pain severe pain in lower abdomen mostly daily like stabbing/exploding pains gets worse with strenuous activity its been there for about 2 years been to my doctors few Times been told its nothing bu the pain isn t going away just looking for some advice or answers if possible please
