What Causes Arm Numbness And Low Energy In A 40-year-old Man?

i am 40 years old. work 50-60 hours week. walk all the time as well as many physical tasks. lately have had numbness and tingleing in arms and fingers. also my energy level has been stedy deciening for several weeks. struggle to stay awake now. what could it be?

exclude diabetes and otherwise a neurological problem so consult neurologist. it appears to be peripheral neuritis. can take tab neurobion forte one daily for a month. can take inj neurobion im on alt day for ten times.take balanced diet fresh fruits and vegetable.
