As per the your history the stomach issue seems to be gastric ulcer, the food associated pain and frequency of bowel movements is suggestive of gastritis. The back pain may be because of musculoskeletal issue like slip disc or nerve compression, for that you need to visit an orthopedic surgeon and get properly evaluated.

During mean time you can have Pantoprazole daily in the morning empty stomach for a week or two. Back pain immediate treatment is rest and Lignocane local gel applications in the area three times daily.

There are several possibilities about your problem. These are: Stones in gall bladder infection to appendix. Renal calculus. Inflammatory bowel diseases. As you eat you start diarrhea which can be due to allergy to foods causing gut inflammation.

Fatty foods can cause pain around bladder region. All these conditions create pain and tendency for bowel movements particularly inflammatory bowel diseases or stones .this pain can radiate or refer to back of the person.

I suggest you get yourself checked by a general physician and identify particular cause as in the absence of physical examination,it is difficult to arrive at a proper diagnosis.
