What Causes Back And Joint Pain In A Breast Cancer Patient?

Hello, I am a former breast cancer patient. Almost four years out. But my ongoing problem is low to no energy, back and joint pain, problems with balance. And of numbness, hot or cold and nighttime pain in my feet. All of these symptoms are worse at night after having a busy day. My question is could this be permanent nerve damage from the chemo.? Also the symptoms have slowly become worse over the past three or so years.
